What are the best colleges for someone who wants a major in atmospheric?

although i'm only a sopre in high school, i'm really preparing myself for college already. I would really like to do something later in life with NOAA (national oceanic and atmospheric administration) or NASA. So i'm uming majors in atmosphere and oceanic sciences would be best. Any ideas for colleges? i'm thinking maybe Colorado University in Boulder but i don't know. Help?
