Alert! Fisher Price Rainforest Swing?

My 4 month old daughter ended up falling out the back of it. The front of the fabric came lose from the plastic part of the swing somehow. I contacted Fisher Price and I'm sending the swing back to be checked. Luckily she wasn't hurt! If you have this swing please be aware they may be recalling it. Thanks!
