My theory on the Crossbow Cannibal?

JW Gacy was not an organized serial killer, he hid bodies in his crawlspace. That is not an organized plan, he was a lucky serial killer. He was also just a fat dope. I know nothing of your crossbow killer but if he only used a crossbow he was also a dope. One weapon leaves a trail. You don't hear of a truly organized serial killer, you only hear about the ones with a partial plan. A true master of that dark art will vary his style.
