POLL: Why does the media show trash like Jersey Show or who is dating who when innocent people are starving?

I am so irked!!!The media highlights hours of coverage over Charlie Sheen or Britney's dog's new haircut or something. There are people out there starving over food in the world and EVEN IN AMERICA. There are homeless people that are out their in the cold. THE MEDIA NEEDS TO STOP COVERING GARBAGE LIKE SNOOKIE AND COVER REAL WORLD MATTERS
