In Maple Story, does anyone know the monsters that drop +23 weapon atk or higher and the percent it will drop?

Does anyone know what drops tobis, steelys, or iilbis and the percent rate it drops them or a website to show it and what the percent is? For example, red slime drops steely 1 out of every 5 billion kills? Something along the lines of fractions and percents of drops?
