Everytime I plug in my Creative Zen Vision: M, my computer reads it as "MTP Device."?

My computer will not read my Zen, so I cannot upload music onto it anymore. I had WMP 11 but I just downgraded back to WMP 10 because I heard that could be the problem. But, nothing changed. I also tried to disable to MTP Device on my computer, but it keeps popping up anyways. I have tried working on this for weeks and it is really frustrating me. If anyone knows how I can fix this, please let me know!
