Do these prescribed medicines sound right together cause I am blacking out?

I apparently have a cold, sinus infection, ear infection, and lung infection as the walk in clinic doctor said, and she prescribed anti-biotics, sudafed OTC, musinex dm, ibuprofen OTC, and she said cough drops would be fine, so I took all of these together last night, and a rough estimate of my BPM would be about 140 for a 5'8 165 pound 16 year old, and I woke up and walked downstairs and blacked out and slept for another 2 hours. Is there something wrong with this combination of medicines cause I only feel better at breathing. Plus I had a static noise in my ear for a little bit.
