BI-PARTISAN ANSWER PLEASE! I want to know a little more about the new health care plan?

I just need to know how our current system works and how the new system might work... PLEASE don't try to persuade me, I can't vote anyways. I just feel misinformed and I don't feel like I can trust the news anymore.
