What are my chances of pursuing education abroad?

I'm currently doing my 12th grade (High school senior) in India. I was originally planning to go to US for my MS, but now I'm reconsidering it. I was thinking, for the past few days, of pursuing my education from next year itself. What are my chances of achieving BS in US? Will I get a seat easily in some reputed university?
